Initial ND Consultation- Adult 90 mins $200
Initial ND Consultation- Child 60 mins $180
Initial Screening Lab Test Fee $50
60 minute ND Follow-up Consult 60 mins $150
45 minute ND Follow-up Consult 45 mins $112.50
30 minute ND Follow-up Consult 30 mins $75
Telephone consults appropriately charged per minute
None of my fees are currently covered by OHIP. They are however, covered by many private insurance companies.

Cancellation Policy The time scheduled for your appointment is specifically held for you. If you are unable to make this appointment,
please contact the office to reschedule as soon as possible so that care may be provided to another patient during that
allotted time. Any visit cancelled with less than 24 hours notice is subject to a cancellation fee that is 50% of your
scheduled appointment fee.
NSF NSF Cheques are subject to a $50 charge
Dispensary I am pleased to inform you that the clinic is equipped with an on-order dispensary for your convenience. However, the medicines or devices prescribed by the N.D. may be purchased either from your N.D., a pharmacy, a health store, or a medical supply company of your choice.
